Explore Stockholm in a healthy way! 

We offer a variety of guided running tours, as well as other fun, city-based activities in Stockholm. If you prefer to try something different when visiting a new city, and something active, educational, and interactive, then we have the activity for you.


Our original and most popular running tour! Enjoy the beautiful scenery in central Stockholm with a 6 km (4 mile) guided running and cross training tour. There are five stops along the way,  and the tour is run at a comfortable pace to ensure you do not miss out on seeing and hearing about the best sights in Stockholm. We run through Gamla Stan, Riddarholmen, Normmalm, Skeppsholmen and Kastellholmen.

The tour is approximately 1 hour, and begins at 10:30 am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April until November. This is a group tour (six person limit) in English.


If you prefer to run at a different time, a different route, at your own pace, a different distance, or in your preferred language, we also offer private running tours which are customisable. Our private tours include the Classic Sights Tour, a Djurgarden Tour and a Sodermalm Tour.

Private tours are normally 1 - 1.5 hours and can be booked Monday to Sunday from April until November. Tours can always be taken in English, but may also be requested in Swedish, German, Spanish, and French, and depend on guide availability. Private tours include optional hotel pick up.

The 100 Point Challenge is suitable for people with no knowledge of Stockholm, we'll educate you in a fun and interactive way. This activity is suitable for all ages, and is 2 hours duration.

Running in Stockholm

Our guided running tours give you the opportunity to combine physical activity and sightseeing, with a chance to learn about the history and attractions of Stockholm while gaining a different perspective of the city. We have a range of running tours catering to different needs. If you prefer a shorter route and want to see the best of central Stockholm, then the classic sights tour (available as a public and private tour) is a great option. If you prefer a longer run, or want to discover alternative areas, then try the Djurgarden Running Tour or Sodermalm Running Tour as a private tour instead. Our public running tours are in English, but private tours can also be taken in Swedish, German, Spanish or French, depending on guide availability.
