This week the long run group will run to Djurgården and back (10 kms) and the shorter distance group (6 kms) will be led by Kirsten (location TBD).
After a warmer couple of weeks hopefully there will be less ice on the Djurgården trails compared to last time!
Meet at B.A.D. Cafe just before 10, where you can store your bag and jacket.
The pace varies in the group, with most people on the long run between 5 and 6 minutes per km, but everyone is welcome to join. The 6 km run is run at an easier pace (6 - 6:30 min / km).
